Pelatihan Perbanyakan Vegetatif Tanaman untuk Mendukung Penyediaan Bibit bagi Rehabilitasi Lahan

Ketersediaan bahan tanam yang memadai merupakan salah satu faktor pendukung rehabilitasi hutan dan lahan, sementara keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan teknis pembibitan dapat menjadi kendala pada tingkat masyarakat. Kegiatan memberikan pengalaman praktis kepada peserta dalam penerapan teknik perbanyakan vegetatif untuk mendukung penyediaan bahan tanam rehabilitasi lahan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama dua hari di Desa Lalang Kabung, Kecamatan Pelalawan, Kabupaten Pelalawan, Provinsi Riau, dengan melibatkan 21 peserta dari Lembaga Pengelola Hutan Desa (LPHD), Siak Pelalawan Landscape Programme (SPLP), LSM Daemeter, dan mahasiswa Jurusan Kehutanan Universitas Riau. Metode kegiatan meliputi penyampaian materi, diskusi interaktif, demonstrasi, praktik langsung, dan pendampingan teknis. Praktik dilakukan menggunakan 64 unit bahan praktik dengan menerapkan teknik stek pucuk, sambung (grafting), okulasi, dan cangkok pada beberapa jenis tanaman. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta (100%) mengikuti praktik hingga selesai dan dapat mengikuti tahapan dasar perbanyakan vegetatif sesuai arahan narasumber. Kegiatan memberikan pengalaman praktis kepada peserta dalam penerapan teknik perbanyakan vegetatif sebagai bagian dari penguatan kapasitas pembibitan untuk mendukung penyediaan bahan tanam rehabilitasi lahan. Evaluasi tidak menggunakan pre-test dan post-test, sehingga peningkatan kompetensi peserta secara kuantitatif belum dapat ditentukan, sedangkan keberhasilan tumbuh bahan hasil perbanyakan memerlukan pengamatan lanjutan.
